Food not to eat late at Night

 SUPER SUGARY FOODS ; it is understandable that sugar is a highly desired part of our meals but anything containing sugar in high quantity should not be taken late at night or during the midnight. Reason being that, sugary meals or snacks can cause a blood sugar spike and then a crash that can mess up your insulin levels and ultimately affect sleep. Consuming highly sugary meals some minutes or less than an hour before bed would certainly affect your sleep.

2. HEAVY FOODS ; it is highly unadvisable to consume very heavy Foods or fries before going to bed. Reason being that these foods would hang around in your body causing you to be awake and up all night without doing any productive thing. It is for this reason that people are advised never to consume things that are heavy late at night.

3. Foods With High Water Content ; do you know that consuming foods with high water content has the potentiality to scatter your sleep making you very uncomfortable? Yes, this is very true. If you eat anything with high water content some minutes before bed, there is every likelihood that you will wake up numerous times same night to urinate; which ultimately leads to poor sleep and less productive day the following day.
